Kelly Services is looking for a sales assistant administrative assistant for a top company in New Port Richey. Its a poetentail temp to hire opportuinty that pays $20 an hour and is Monday -Friday 8am - 5p.m..Duties:Provide administrative support within the Sales department for quotations, proposals, and orders. Also provide Executive level administration support for the General Manager and Sr. VP of Sales.Support sales administrative functions including: Organizing and filing proposals, administering higher level proposal approval processes, researching sales history, combining quote packages with relative documents, and verifying lead times and availability. Follow the Pall quote approval process and submit to the customer.Skill set includes data entry, accessing and managing data bases (Specifically SAP), accessing US government Portals for solicitations, proficient use of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), organizational, multi-tasking and customer service skills with strong attention to details. Excellent professionalism and communication (written and verbal) skills. Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with a diverse group of staff and clients.Associates degree in Business Administration or related degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years related experience required. Ability to work flexible hours and possible overtime.
