Job Specific Details:
This position will also serve as the scheduling coordinator for this facility. Must have the capacity to plan staffing in advance and knowledge of managing and using a master schedule to drive scheduling plan. Must have a background in health care, or understand the staffing demands through a similar industry that operates 24/7 and 365 days a year and uses multiple(x3) shifts to support service.
