Arthur Rutenberg Homes is currently hiring a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our corporate office located in Clearwater, FL. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, have great organizational skills, have a positive attitude with the ability to perform work duties under pressure, and be flexible to learning new tasks.
* Answer phones and greet guests/delivery personnel
* Handle outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
* Order office supplies
* Maintain contact lists
* Scan and file documentation
* Perform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
* 1+ years of experience in an administrative position
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
* Efficient, detail-oriented, resourceful, ability to multi-task
* Positive and proactive to ensure effective time management
* Strong organization and prioritization skills
Salary is in the range of $14.00 to $15.00 per hour.
Must pass background check.
